After operating out of the basement of my home for 4 years I was looking for an office space to expand into that would accommodate my growing business.  After starting out in one of the smaller suites, I have now moved into a larger space.  I chose Discovery Plaza due to its convenient location in the Millard area and proximity to just about every service3 I need to run my operation.  In addition, the impression my customers get when they enter the building and are greeted by a receptions that will direct them to my office or the spacious conference room that can be reserved for meetings by any tenant is tremendous.  I have found the people at Paramount Commercial to be very easy to work with, personable, and willing to help solve any problem or meet any need I am having.  The rent is very affordable and includes all utilities and basic cleaning services, also has fax, copy, shredding, supply ordering, vending machines, a mail slot, free coffee, lighted paved parking lot, and much more available.  If you are looking to make that move to more professional office setting I’d start here.  I have been here for 2 years and could not be happier.
